I have a problem with a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder blade. Going to the chiro has made it worse!!....I am unable to sleep in any position with any other pillow (I purchased about 10 other difference kinds of pillows)....and finally found this one. Its the ONLy PILLOW that allows me to finally get some sleep.....it will not move once its under you....it stays in place....and does not go flat.....and it supports me when I am on my back as well as my side....it is not made to use by itself, but rather at the base of your regular pillow so you can have neck support and the rest of your head rests on your regular pillow above it.....when I turn on my side it does not smash into my face too.....and I used it for my exercises on the floor.....just an all around great pillow for the correct neck support!!!...
